What does furnished living include?

Our spaces come fully furnished with modern amenities. Each resident enjoys a private, secure bedroom, while common areas like the kitchen, living room, and bathrooms are shared.

Can I get a flexible lease?

Yes, we offer flexible lease terms to accommodate various needs. We have options ranging from 9 to 12 months with a minimum lock-in period of 75% of the stay.

Can I move in with my furniture or belongings?

Yes, you're welcome to bring personal items or small furniture. However, since the apartments are fully furnished, large furniture may not be necessary.

Who typically lives in your spaces?

Our community includes students, working professionals, remote workers and families both from across India and abroad, who are seeking a hassle-free, peaceful and luxurious living environment.

How do I apply to live?

Simply send us a WhatsApp message, specify your needs, schedule a property tour, and provide us with the necessary paperwork. The keys can be handed over once your application review and the initial payments have been processed.

Are utilities included in the rent?

No, the utility bills, including electricity, water, high-speed internet, and regular maid services, are not covered by us.

Are meals included in the rent?

Meals are not included by default, but you can opt for monthly meal plans recommended by us or pay the cook who prepares meals in your kitchen.

Are these spaces co-ed?

No, Pier Properties does not offer unisex accommodation for students and working professionals. We provide gender-specific living spaces until and unless they are blood related to ensure the comfort, safety, and privacy of all our residents

What happens if something breaks or needs repair?

Just raise a maintenance request through WhatsApp or our portal. Repairs and maintenance are included in your rent and handled promptly at no extra cost.
